Texas woman recovering after candy box explodes

This has not hit the major news networks and I could not find any big name news programs running the story when I googled it. Normally if a story is big and you google it under the news tab it gives you more links than you ever wanted. So why is a pipe bomb disguised as candy not big news?
I wish I had the answer for you but I don't. I originally heard about this on Fox News but it was not a big story. Sure seems like the media doesn't care about the terrorists in America unless they consider them White and Right leaning. We have seen nothing from CNN or MSNBC about the Black Panthers or the Brown Berets. Nothing about Aztlan, the land La Raza and other Chicano radicals want to name Arizona, New Mexico and California after they win the war against the white devil oppressors.

The bombing of this oil executives wife is not about race. But it is most likely a radical group with left leaning beliefs. The reports I have heard state that the device was professionally built and not just some thrown together anarchist cook book bomb.

By the AP
HOUSTON — Federal agents are investigating the explosion of a bomb disguised as a candy box that injured a Houston woman.

The 56-year-old woman is continuing her recovery at home after having surgery to repair an injured left hand.

The explosion happened at the woman's northwest Houston home on Friday night when the woman opened a candy box that she had received some weeks before. The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says the exploding package sprayed the woman with nails and tacks.

ATF Assistant Special Agent Robert Elder said the woman was the target of the bomb, but no motive has been determined.

I am under the impression she is the wife of an oil executive.

... therefore it must be a right wing wacko! You know how those right wing terrorists hate oil.

Since you posted anonymously I don't know who you are. But I am going to assume you are making a joke.
