For right now this is all speculation but if it is true than the teacher SHOULD be in trouble. To attack a 12 year old is ridiculous and cowardly. I have no problem with the first part of the article, my problem arises at the bottom when they say that,
There are many things I have a problem with when we talk about Mexico and illegal immigration or drug smuggling. My main problem is that it has anything to do with race. It has nothing to do with race for the majority of Americans who support the law. It has to do with Nationalism and culture.

Ruling is in and it says YES the Constitution applies to everyone. Unfortunately, it was a close one with a 5-4 vote and I am sure you can guess who voted which way.
Celebrate but don't let you guard down. Just because Obama is not openly coming after guns, there are plenty of libs who are. Daly, the mayor of Chicago, new this was coming and has openly been looking for ways around it. There are even reports that he has gone to the UN to take our guns away. Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of NYC, has created a group of Mayors across the country trying to take away our best means of defense. His group is called Mayor's Against Illegal Guns, but just like so many titles it is not just against illegal guns and its charter would take away guns from everyone.
Fortunately, Bloomberg's lies did not last to long and the honest mayors backed out of the group when they found it was targeting law abiding citizens as well.

I am going to start a drinking game where every time MSNBC refers to Fox News you have to do a shot. They currently have the fox logo on their screen for an entire segment. I would be drunk. Olbermann would get me trashed. That fools entire program is dedicated to attacking Fox. If Fox ever went off the air he would not know what to talk about.
Luckily, that is not going to happen since Fox New's ratings triple or better those of MSNBC.

Happy Birthday RamRod
Today is RamRod's Birthday and the Arizona Shooters wish him the best. He is an old man in a young mans world protecting the sheep from the wolves in Arizona.
RamRod was born 34 years ago in Oklahoma while his father was in the service. 20 years later RamRod created a dance to commemorate his birth state, though he is an Arizonan through and through.
RamRod is a great man, great patriot, and the best friend a person could ask for.

General McChrystal
General McChrystal has submitted his resignation meaning he was fired by the President.
The talking heads are sticking to the political talk with Liberals being for the President and the Conservative being for the General. Nothing surprising here. What is for sure is the military veterans that have been interviewed know McChrystal messed up and that the President has every right to fire him. I agree.
McChrystal had a lapse in judgement talking openly in front of a Rolling Stones reporter. The President has to show that he is in charge and will fire anyone of his subordinates who speaks out against him or anyone else in the chain of command.
McChrystal is a bad ass so he will be alright. I would say he has a future on the lecture circuit and writing a book. He also has a political career waiting if he wants it.
I think the President, General McChrystal, our troops, and America are the victims here.
The reporter from Rolling Stone made us weaker today. Nothing he reported was ground breaking. He did not uncover corruption or a crime. He played gotcha and caught a General making a snide remark that was inappropriate, but only if repeated to the ENTIRE WORLD. The only one who won in this situation is Rolling Stone, the reporter, and Al Qaida. Congratulations you worthless piece of shit.
This reporter could have tucked these statements away and wrote a book in a couple of years. Not as glamorous or edgy but it would have been the PATRIOTIC thing to do. But what should I expect when our society is all about the individual greed regardless of who is hurt in the process.

Is the President planning on granting amnesty on his own?
There is a lot of hubbub on the blogs about this so I thought I would bring it to everyones attention. Not sure what is true or false but it was enough that a group of Senators sent the email below.
This would be bad. Very bad considering the political and emotional climate in America right now.
Lets remember that we are not just talking about people looking for work. We are talking about gang members, terrorists, and other criminals. I am not sure but I think it would cover the Afghani pilots who went awol.
I am not going to pretend that I understand what the implications are, but I am willing to state that any action that grants status to criminals, even the ones who only broke into our country, is wrong. Going against the majority of American's will is wrong.

We understand that there’s a push for your Administration to develop a plan to unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. We understand that the Administration may include aliens who have willfully overstayed their visas or filed for benefits knowing that they will not be eligible for a status for years to come. We understand that deferred action and parole are discretionary actions reserved for individual cases that present unusual, emergent or humanitarian circumstances. Deferred action and parole were not intended to be used to confer a status or offer protection to large groups of illegal aliens, even if the agency claims that they look at each case on a “case-by-case” basis.
While we agree our immigration laws need to be fixed, we are deeply concerned about the potential expansion of deferred action or parole for a large illegal alien population. While deferred action and parole are Executive Branch authorities, they should not be used to circumvent Congress’ constitutional authority to legislate immigration policy, particularly as it relates to the illegal population in the United States.
The Administration would be wise to abandon any plans for deferred action or parole for the illegal population. Such a move would further erode the American public’s confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books.
We would appreciate receiving a commitment that the Administration has no plans to use either authority to change the current position of a large group of illegal aliens already in the United States, and ask that you respond to us about this matter as soon as possible.

Where are all the Men???
I am not sure how I feel about this just yet. I agree with this woman and I agree with the men in the second video wanting to fight for their country and state.
However, I think it should be the duty of our elected leaders to call us to arms. I would be there in an instant.
I am very torn on this.
What the guys in the second video are doing is brave and my one worry is that they are putting themselves and the local officers in danger. There is no communication or way of identifying friend from foe. There is no command and control.
Through out America's early history it was civilian militias that did a lot of the fighting. The Alamo was defended by civilians. Sam Houston went to save them with his militia or volunteer army. These men were self taught marksmen and obviously proved capable.
If I was in charge I would call for a volunteer army like the days of old. Perform a day of qualification and a quick criminal back ground check. Squad them up with a sheriff deputy in charge and put them on patrol.

Rachel Maddow compares the NRA with the Anti Saloon League. The Anti Saloon League is the movement that pushed for the prohibition amendment.
Her argument is that there are groups that have a multiple mission and groups that have one mission. She describes the NRA as a group that wants guns for everyone including people on terror watch lists, criminals, mental patients, etc......
Common idiotic statements from an anti gun nut. This is the first time I have not only disagreed with Rachel but also found her dumb. I have always held her at a higher level than Olbermann. I hardly agree with her, but she is usually pretty honest. At least when I have watched her.

The sad thing is that I still can not even figure out how she came to this comparison other than to find a way to make the NRA look bad with beer drinkers. As if some idiot is sitting there drinking his beer, with his NRA hat on his head, and watching Rachel, he will hear her comments and say to himself, "NRA is equal to the Anti Saloon League therefore the NRA is anti beer". He then rips his hat off and throws it in the trash, sells all his guns, and joins the Brady campaign.

Alvin Greene and the Democrats
What do you get when your primary constituents are the uneducated and ignorant?
You get a political win for the nominee at the top of the list that no one knows and is possibly a criminal. The criminal part makes him a perfect fit for congress.
The Democratic party is beside itself because of Alvin Greene's win in South Carolina. No one knows just how he won, considering he didn't campaign in any way. He paid to get his name on the ballot and won.
The only reasonable explanation is that people voted for the first guy on the list, which was Alvin Greene.
Reporters have even talked to people who said they voted for him and none of them were able to give a reason why.
You have heard me complain that too many people go to vote who have no clue who they are voting for or, if they do know, why they are voting for a person. Too many people go to vote for who their best friend tells them too, their parents tell them too, or their favorite cable talking head tells them too.
My family is firm conservative and I constantly have to battle with some of them to not listen to everything Rush or Hannity say.
I tell you my person struggle lately is this: Was only allowing home owners to vote a bad thing? Is there something similar that we could do to prevent the idiots in our country from having a say?
I do not like having these thoughts. It makes me feel like an elitist and believe me I do not feel elite. I heard Michael Savage say that the strength of your vote should be tied to how much you pay in taxes.
I DO NOT agree with this.
Warning: These are thoughts in my head that most I have thrown out because I see they are flawed. I just want to share my thoughts and see if any of you have some of your own.
But what if we could come up with a way that prevented those who want a hand out to not vote. What if you couldn't vote unless you paid taxes? What if you couldn't vote if you were receiving welfare? What if you couldn't vote till you were 25? (this would let the college kids get deprogrammed and get a taste for the real world before deciding our countries direction)
Hmmm, it seems that all of my suggestions would get rid of the majority of liberal voters.
The truth is that I don't want any of those suggestions to come about. I just want people to educate themselves on issues before they vote. I find it frustrating to see that idiots like Alvin Greene can be elected with no effort. I find it frustrating that Obama could be elected with no experience and that people voting against a guy not running can control this country.
I have a problem with communism being okay and their convention playing on CSPAN. I have a problem with American teachers preaching hate to their students and calling for America to give back stolen land from Mexico with out being fired. I have a problem that its okay to brag about being a thug, druggy, or all around douche bag.
These are the types of things people are referring too when they say they want their country back or that they want things to go back to the way they were.

You get a political win for the nominee at the top of the list that no one knows and is possibly a criminal. The criminal part makes him a perfect fit for congress.
The Democratic party is beside itself because of Alvin Greene's win in South Carolina. No one knows just how he won, considering he didn't campaign in any way. He paid to get his name on the ballot and won.
The only reasonable explanation is that people voted for the first guy on the list, which was Alvin Greene.
Reporters have even talked to people who said they voted for him and none of them were able to give a reason why.
You have heard me complain that too many people go to vote who have no clue who they are voting for or, if they do know, why they are voting for a person. Too many people go to vote for who their best friend tells them too, their parents tell them too, or their favorite cable talking head tells them too.
My family is firm conservative and I constantly have to battle with some of them to not listen to everything Rush or Hannity say.
I tell you my person struggle lately is this: Was only allowing home owners to vote a bad thing? Is there something similar that we could do to prevent the idiots in our country from having a say?

Israel getting railed from so many directions

I just read the article on Fox News that says the above photos were brought to light by a blogger. Whether you think bloggers are liars or not, they do a lot of good in my book and if they are liars it is up to you to verify their stories and stop reading if they are not truthful.
I feel bad for Israel. They can not catch a break and even with all the overwhelming evidence out there that the commandos defended themselves, people are still saying this is Israels fault. Reuters is now being accused of cropping one photo to remove a knife from a Peace Activists hands and another photo is said to have been photo shopped to remove blood stains from the ship. The second photo has not been released.
Video, pictures, and audio have demonstrated that this ship was hell bent on a confrontation. The organizers who got these idiots to get on board have to all be shaking each others hands for a job well done. Israel is in the worlds cross hairs for protecting itself.
Side Note: I just had a thought that Israel correlates with law abiding citizens in Chicago.

I love the Internet because it makes it a lot harder to keep the truth hidden. Unfortunately, it can also be used to promote untruths. It is upon all of us who use the Internet to make sure we only pass on truthful information and if there is any doubt about accuracy don't pass it on.

Once again it is that time of year when it is dangerous, uh hum, more dangerous to walk across a huge sand box in 110 to 120 degree heat.
We kind Americans, including Arizonans, find it appalling that in this day and age people can die from exposure. Well a lot of people feel this way and they also want to blame someone. Unfortunately, they don't blame the people who decide to strike out into the desert with little water and little respect for warnings.
My feeling is cold blooded to some but to me its just common sense. If you decide to walk in 120 degree temps with little water, there is no one to blame but yourself. Especially when that walk is breaking the law and the sovereignty of a nation not your own.

Iran offers to defend convoys going to Israel
The proverbial shit is about to hit the fan if this happens. Start paying attention people because the world is one big bomb on a short fuse. We have two major hot spots right now Korea and Israel. Those two can blow at any moment and it WILL affect America. We have our hands deeply embedded in both situations. 30,000 troops are stationed in Korea and if Israel goes to war with any Muslim country our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan are in the middle. That is not to mention that Israel is an ally we support and would be expected to help.
Taking our troops in the middle east out of the equation, I am not worried about Israel. They have beaten the crap out of their neighbors many times in the past. The Palestinians are actually in the mess they are because of the first attack on Israel just days after they were recognized as a country. Israel started very small and are only as big as they are due to their victories in battle. They would be even bigger if they hadn't been gracious enough to give back land to Egypt after whipping up on them. They conquered, after being attacked first, the entire Sinai Peninsula and later returned it.
I have gotten onto a soap box again, but these are people to be supported. Warriors who want to prosper and live their lives. People who have been attacked and hated since the beginning of recorded history. Yet I have never heard of them laying down and giving up. No matter where they are these people seem to prosper and for that they are vilified and hated. They took a little piece of sand and turned it into a functioning country and successfully defended it, repeatedly, against overwhelming odds.
Just like America, the only way for these people to be defeated is internally and by succumbing to international pressure from the clinically brain dead.

Iran has warned that it could send Revolutionary Guard naval units to escort humanitarian aid convoys seeking to break the Israeli blockade of Gaza – a move that would certainly be challenged by Israel.
Any such Iranian involvement, raised today by an aide to the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, would constitute a serious escalation of already high tensions with Israel, which accuses Tehran of seeking to build a nuclear weapon and of backing Hamas, the Islamist movement that controls Gaza.
"Iran's Revolutionary Guard naval forces are prepared to escort the peace and freedom convoys that carry humanitarian assistance for the defenceless and oppressed people of Gaza with all their strength," pledged Hojjatoleslam Ali Shirazi, Khamenei's personal representative to the guards corps.
The threat came as the Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, dismissed a UN proposal for an international commission to investigate last week's commando assault on aid ships, in which nine people died. Another aid ship, the Rachel Corrie, carrying Irish and other peace activists, was boarded peacefully by Israeli forces on Saturday, escorted to the port of Ashdod, and its passengers deported.
Netanyahu has defended Israel's right to maintain the blockade by arguing that without it Gaza would become an "Iranian port" and Hamas missiles would strike Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Israel's undeclared aim is to weaken or bring down the Hamas government.
Iran continued to exploit the "freedom flotilla" affair to lambast Israel. Its foreign minister, Manuchehr Mottaki, told the Organisation of the Islamic Conference in Jeddah on Sunday that Israel's crime was "another instance of the Zionist regime's brazen and merciless treatment of Muslims, especially the oppressed Palestinian people."
Mottaki also called for a UN resolution condemning Israel. The security council is discussing imposing new sanctions on Iran because of its failure to meet international demands over its nuclear programme.
Iran and Israel have had no diplomatic relations since the 1979 revolution and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad regularly predicts the disappearance of the Jewish state as well as denying the Holocaust.
Shirazi said Iran should encourage international efforts to break the blockade. "We should expose our enemies to spontaneous global action and not let them achieve their heinous goals," he was quoted as saying by the semi-official Mehr news agency.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards, which have a command structure separate from the regular armed forces, are fiercely loyal to the supreme leader. Khamenei has attacked the raid as a "mistake" that "showed how barbaric the Zionists are".
Israel's determination to strike at links between Iran and Hamas was dramatically demonstrated in January when presumed Mossad agents in Dubai assassinated Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, who was described as the Hamas official in charge of smuggling Iranian weapons into Gaza.
Israel's no-compromise attitude to aid convoys could be tested again after two Lebanese organisations pledged to send boats to Gaza in the next few days. Reporters Without Borders is attempting to assemble 25 European activists and 50 journalists for a boat leaving Beirut. The Free Palestine Movement is planning a similar attempt.
George Galloway, the founder of Viva Palestina, announced in London that two simultaneous convoys "one by land via Egypt and the other by sea" would set out in September to break the Gaza blockade. The sea convoy of up to 60 ships will travel around the Mediterranean gathering ships, cargo and volunteers.

Illegal tased while resisting Border Patrol, death ruled homicide
Unbelievable, just unbelievable. Not much else to say about the matter. Bad guy fights with cops, apparently taking two on successfully, if that doesn't call for a taser I don't know what does. Meth found in system would explain a lot. Excessive force? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE FRIGGIN KIDDING ME!!!
It is mind boggling that we even have these conversations. I heard last week on the radio that some politician was calling for Cops to start shooting to disable instead of to kill. I think the hit rate for cops averages 17% so asking them to aim anywhere but center mass might actually increase the hit rate. Maybe it is reverse psychology, I sure hope so, cuz the only other explanation is just plain ridiculous.

The death of a Mexican migrant has been ruled a homicide, five days after he was shot with a stun gun by a U.S. immigration officer, according to the San Diego County medical examiner's office.
The coroner said Wednesday that methamphetamine abuse and hypertension contributed to the death of Anastacio Hernandez, who died from cardiac arrest at a Chula Vista hospital.
San Diego police Capt. Jim Collins says the 32-year-old was shot with a stun gun by a Customs and Border Protection officer Friday night at a San Diego border crossing.
Hernandez became combative with agents who were preparing to hand him over to Mexican officials in Tijuana after he entered the United States illegally, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokeswoman Jacqueline Dizdul. She said he ignored repeated orders to stop fighting and wrestled two Border Patrol agents to the ground.
Collins says results of the investigation will be sent to federal prosecutors, who will determine if criminal charges are filed.
Mexico has condemned the use of force against Hernandez.

SB 1070 Experiences
I was in Dallas this week for work. I finished up a job and while the engineer was running tests I went to lunch with some of the equipment guys.
As always seems to happen, odd because I do not bring it up with customers, the convo turns to politics. I was with two guys who are very American but have ancestors who came from the Dominican Republic and one from Columbia.
Both seemed to be pretty conservative leaning guys and believe the border should be locked down. They have no problem with sending illegal aliens home, but one still believes he will be arrested if he goes to Arizona and a cop doesn't like him. He believes the AZ bill will be used against all brown people. This is not a stupid guy, but he was adamant that cops could hold him for 24hrs if they didn't believe his ID was real, even if he was driving his own car. He actually referred to needing papers. WHAT PAPERS??? I don't have papers. My drivers license is the only ID I have that has my picture on it and is a valid form of identification. I keep my expired Military ID for nestalgia, but that doesn't count. What good is your birth certificate (BC)? Can anyone look at a BC and tell it is yours? NO.... I guess they could take prints of the bottom of your feet and match them to the BC. How many cops want to do that?
There was just no arguing with him. I tried everything. I told him the law states that a drivers license is valid proof that one is a citizen. I pointed out that the law gives a list of valid IDs. I told him that a cop who arrested him after viewing his ID would be breaking the law and would dealt with accordingly (allowing for a nice law suit). I argued that cops have all sorts of laws that they can abuse and only a very small few abuse them so what was he afraid was going to set the cops on a law breaking frenzy? I didn't even dent his resolve.
The convo concluded with him saying that he was still happy we did the bill so it brought attention to the border. Maybe a minor victory for me, but not the awakening I wanted to see in him. I guess it could be that I do not understand the fear because I am very white. But he was the only "brown" person I had met that feared being arrested.

Israeli Crisis
Kudos to the peace activists, who brought Israel's military brutality to the attention of the world.
For far too long these people, hell bent on world domination and subjugating of people they feel beneath them, has gone unchallenged. Their story of abuse is well documented through out history and their constant attacks on peaceful peoples are beyond disgusting. Thankfully, there are people who are willing to challenge Israel's bellicose ways and put an end to the constant terror Israel instills in their peace loving neighbors.
OH, there is a video? Um, uh, oh, well, you see, what had happened was…………………
Now to my serious thoughts, Israel just got punked. If anyone thinks this was not set up in advance then you are a fool. These so called peace activists had this planned from the beginning. They knew there was no way Israel would let them through their blockade without boarding the ships and inspecting the cargo. They then packed the ships with as many idiots they could get from as many countries as possible. This way anger at Israel will come from everywhere and everyone.
Instead of countries being mad at the idiots who antagonized the Israelis, people are mad at the people who are under constant duress. Duress caused by being surrounded by people who openly speak about destroying them.
Sunday, I was listening to the radio and heard about these ships heading toward Israel and that the Israelis planned on intercepting them. I remember thinking then that this could be bad. Seemed like only an hour later, I heard about the ships being bordered and shots being fired. Score one for premonition or just common sense.
Luckily, the Israelis had the presence of to have cameras present and oddly I saw a video from someone on the ship. The video is clear to me. The peace activists were not so peaceful, the Israeli soldiers held fire for quite awhile, and the use of force did become disproportional. The peace activists brought pipes, rocks, sticks, and wrenches to a gun fight.
Hanky stomping liberals are upset that guns were used against people without guns, but these idiots also think cops should not shoot to kill and should only shoot to disable. BECAUSE IT’S THAT EASY!!!
I stand by Israel and think they showed great restraint in holding fire for as long as they did.
I do however fear that this is the start of something bigger and hope it is not the spark to an all out war the world.
There are just too many hot spots in the world and it is only a matter of time before they ignite, unless something is done to smother them.
Do not be fooled by these people who claim to be of peace. We can see they are clearly not peaceful. If they wanted to get the aid to Hamas they only had to allow the Israelis to inspect the ship for arms. I have not heard any credible claims that Israel is not allowing aid to get Gaza.
